"Karastergios" studios and apartments are situated in the "Paradisos" area of Neos Marmaras, right next to the sandy beach.
The verdant, fenced-off property with it's lush green space, as well as the amenities provided (parking area, children's playground, barbeque, umbrellas with sun-beds) make this family run business ideal for a pleasant and quiet vacation.
The two storey building offers: two apartments comprised of two bedrooms and a separate kitchen area, two studios with a capacity of four people and six studios that can accommodate three people. Since the summer of 2020, a newly built building has been operating, each floor of which has four apartments, which can accommodate 2 to 5 people each. All studios and apartments have fully equipped kitchens, television, air conditioners and sea view balconies.
